Having grown up in Northern Virginia, and raising her own family here as well, Kathy offers in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and exceptional service to her clients. Her deep roots in the community enable her to advise and guide her clients to find the right home to purchase or to successfully prepare and market their home for sale. Kathy's journey in real estate began as a settlement and title attorney. As a member of the Virginia State Bar since 1993, she knew her legal skills and experience would translate well to real estate sales and marketing. Now, as a trusted Realtor®, she is a true professional providing her clients with confident, clear and sage advice based on experience.
